Hello all netizens!

The emails and phone calls are really pouring in now! Yuhhui, the beautiful lass in charge of registration has informed me that many of the eager beavers out there emailed her to "book" or "reserve" places for them on the 16th! Now, the enthusiasm from you guys is really amazing, but we're afraid that we cannot allow any "bookings" to be done, as it would be unfair to the others who may not have access to the internet, or live in places that would receive our leaflets later than the others. I understand that everyone is interested in obtaining a goodie bag, but i'm afraid we must be firm here : goodie bags will only be issued to the first 200 participants who register on the 16th. No advance bookings like the cinemas :D However, you can still register on the morning of 17th December if you're unable to make it on the 16th :D

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, but it is the standard operating procedure to open registration a day in advance for events of this nature. Besides, it gives you a chance to locate the venue a day in advance; you wouldn't want to get lost trying to find your way to the hottest charity event in town of late now, right? :D

Remember, you can come even if you're not taking part in the run! We have a bazaar going on beside the run, and TONS of stalls are going to be there! It's gonna be a regular little pasar pagi there come Sunday, so get your shopping bags out!

With that said, i hope that the energy and excitement of all interested parties have not been killed! DO join us this Sunday for a memorable morning, and DO bring a friend along!
